Dive in with your little one! Our Parent&Me lessons focus on building confidence in children under the age of two while having a parent or guardian in the water with them. This class focuses on educating parents on water safety for their kid, how to correctly swim with their baby, and helps develop and install natural reflexes for the baby to feel comfortable in the water. We use a variety of songs, games and activities to achieve these goals in a routine that builds off itself every week!

Group classes go up to 3 students/3 parents or guardians. Classes can also be held privately in a 1:1 setting.

Need some extra help on technique or endurance? Looking to get better at your flip turns, starts, or your least favorite stroke? We can help you with all things competitive swimming; whether you’re looking make it on your local club team or hoping to cut times for an upcoming competition, we’ve got you covered!

Water Safety Seminars are a super fun and interactive way to get your children involved in water safety! This 1.5 hour seminar will be the hands-on experience you need as a parent to feel confident in your children’s water safety knowledge. We will run through multiple stations focusing on different aspects of water safety, and educating and involving parents along the way. This is a super fun way to get the neighborhood kids ready for summer, prep for a first time beach vacation, or just to treat your family to a fun day in the sun!
